Import workouts from Strong or Hevy

Years of sets should not die because you switched apps.

Easy Reps imports workout history from Strong, Hevy, and RepCount. You keep the log. You do not retype it. After import, you are on a free gym log with no account and no subscription — and you can export CSV if you ever leave.

How to import

  1. Export or share your history from Strong, Hevy, or RepCount using that app’s export tools.
  2. Open Easy Reps → Settings → Import and pick the source.
  3. Review matched exercise names, then save. Past sets show up in History; PRs carry over when the names match.

If a custom exercise name does not match, rename it once in Easy Reps or add it as a custom lift. The rest of the session still imports.

Why people switch

Strong limits custom routines on the free plan and needs an account. Hevy requires sign-up and charges for the full feature set. JEFIT and Fitbod reviews pile up around subscriptions and ads. Easy Reps is the other direction: iCloud, Apple Watch, rest timer, plate calculator, and a 900+ exercise library with no paywall. Full comparisons: Easy Reps vs Strong and Easy Reps vs Hevy.

You can leave later

Export everything to CSV from Settings. That is the opposite of a lock-in. Download Easy Reps and run the import when you have a few minutes after a session, not during one.
