Instructions

  1. Stand holding a barbell in front of your thighs with an overhand grip.
  2. Keep your legs straight or with only a very slight bend.
  3. Hinge at your hips to lower the bar toward the floor.
  4. Lower until you feel a deep stretch in your hamstrings.
  5. Drive your hips forward to return to standing.
