Instructions
- Stand facing a low cable pulley with a straight bar attachment.
- Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, hands closer than shoulder-width.
- Pull the bar up along your body to chest height, leading with your elbows.
- Keep the bar close to your body throughout.
- Lower with control and repeat.
