Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Easy Reps mobile application (the "Service") operated by Easy Reps ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Easy Reps provides a workout tracking application that allows users to record and monitor their fitness activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your workout data is stored on your device and, if you turn on iCloud, synced through your own iCloud account. The app collects usage analytics through Firebase Analytics (Google), and sends other data only when you choose to, such as when you send feedback or connect Strava. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected and how to delete it. You can log workouts without an internet connection.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Easy Reps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If you are accessing the Service from outside your country of residence, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
