Instructions
- Attach a straight bar to a low pulley cable machine. Kneel in front of the machine.
- Rest your forearms on a bench or your thighs with palms facing up, gripping the bar.
- Let your wrists extend down, then curl the bar up by flexing your wrists.
- Squeeze your forearms at the top of the movement, then lower with control.
- Keep your forearms stationary throughout the exercise.
