Instructions

  1. Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees and lie face down with your chest against the pad.
  2. Hold a barbell with an overhand grip, arms hanging straight down.
  3. Keeping your arms straight, raise the barbell forward and up until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  4. Pause at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
  5. Focus on using your shoulders to lift the weight, not momentum.
