- Set both pulleys of a cable machine to the highest position and attach single handles.
- Stand in the center, grab a handle in each hand, and step forward with one foot for stability.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands together in front of your chest in an arcing motion.
- Squeeze your chest at the bottom of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Keep your core engaged and avoid swinging your body.
