Instructions

  1. Sit on a bench positioned between two low cable pulleys. Grasp a handle in each hand.
  2. Start with your arms at your sides, palms facing your body.
  3. Raise your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor.
  4. Pause at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
