Instructions

  1. Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand at arm's length by your sides, palms facing in.
  2. Curl one dumbbell up toward your shoulder, rotating your palm to face up as you lift.
  3. Squeeze your bicep at the top, then lower the weight back down.
  4. Repeat with the other arm, alternating sides with each rep.
  5. Keep your elbows stationary at your sides throughout the movement.
