Instructions

  1. Lie face down on an incline bench set to about 30-45 degrees.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in one hand with your arm hanging straight down.
  3. Raise the dumbbell out to the side until your arm is parallel to the floor.
  4. Keep a slight bend in your elbow and squeeze your rear delt at the top.
  5. Lower with control and complete all reps before switching arms.
