Instructions

  1. Lie face down on an incline bench set to about 30-45 degrees.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms hanging straight down.
  3. Raise both dumbbells out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  4. Keep a slight bend in your elbows and squeeze your rear delts at the top.
  5. Lower the weights with control and repeat.
