Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell at shoulder height.
- Dip slightly by bending your knees.
- Explosively drive through your legs while pressing the bar overhead.
- Lock out your arms at the top with the bar directly over your head.
- Lower the bar back to your shoulders and repeat.
