Instructions

  1. Lie perpendicular across a flat bench with only your upper back supported on the bench.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands beneath the inner plate, arms bent at about 90 degrees.
  3. Lower the dumbbell in an arc behind your head, keeping the bend in your elbows.
  4. Stretch as far as comfortable, then pull the dumbbell back over your chest.
  5. Keep your hips low and feel the stretch in your lats and chest.
