Instructions

  1. Start in a plank position, then lower your knees to the ground.
  2. Keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  3. Maintain a straight line from your knees to your head.
  4. Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows.
  5. Push back up to the starting position.
  6. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
  7. This is a modified version of the standard push-up for beginners.
