Instructions

  1. Attach a close-grip or V-bar handle to a lat pulldown machine. Sit and secure your thighs under the pads.
  2. Grasp the handle with a close neutral grip, palms facing each other.
  3. Pull the handle down toward your upper chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Pause at the bottom of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position with arms extended.
  5. Keep your torso upright and avoid swinging.
