Instructions

  1. Set a cable pulley to a high position. Stand or kneel facing the machine.
  2. Grasp the handle with both hands and step back to create tension.
  3. Pull the handle toward your upper abdomen or lower chest, squeezing your back.
  4. Keep your elbows close to your body as you pull.
  5. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
