Instructions
- Set an adjustable bench to a 30-45 degree incline and lie back with your feet flat on the floor.
- Grip the barbell with a medium grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Unrack the bar and hold it above your upper chest with arms fully extended.
- Lower the bar to your upper chest in a controlled manner, keeping your elbows at about 45 degrees.
- Press the bar back up to the starting position and repeat.
