  3. Simultaneously raise your arms above your head in a smooth motion.
  4. Jump again to return to the starting position with legs together and arms at your sides.
  5. Maintain a steady rhythm and land softly on the balls of your feet.
  6. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
