Instructions
- Lie face down on a flat bench or incline bench.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms hanging straight down.
- Raise both dumbbells out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the floor.
- Keep a slight bend in your elbows and squeeze your rear delts.
- Lower the weights with control and repeat.
