Instructions

  1. Lie on a flat bench and grip the barbell wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Unrack the bar and lower it toward your neck/upper chest area.
  3. Keep your elbows flared out to emphasize the upper chest.
  4. Press the bar back up to the starting position.
  5. Use a spotter and lighter weight due to the vulnerable position.
