Instructions

  1. Bend at the hips until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms hanging down.
  3. Raise your arms out to the sides while rotating your thumbs upward.
  4. At the top, your palms should face forward with thumbs pointing up.
  5. Lower with control, rotating back to the starting position.
