Instructions

  1. Sit on the edge of a bench and bend forward at the hips until your chest is near your thighs.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms hanging down.
  3. Raise both arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor.
  4. Squeeze your rear delts at the top, then lower with control.
  5. Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout.
