Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  2. Keep your chest up and core engaged.
  3. Lower your body by pushing your hips back and bending your knees.
  4. Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
  5. Drive through your heels to stand back up to the starting position.
