- Stand with your back against a wall, feet about 2 feet away from the wall.
- Slide down the wall until your thighs are parallel to the floor, as if sitting in an invisible chair.
- Keep your knees directly over your ankles, not pushed forward.
- Hold this position, keeping your back flat against the wall.
- Press through your heels and engage your core throughout the hold.
- To increase difficulty, hold longer or lift one foot off the ground.
