Instructions
- Stand facing a high cable pulley with a straight bar or rope attachment.
- Grasp the bar with arms extended and a slight bend in your elbows.
- Pull the bar down in an arc until it reaches your thighs.
- Squeeze your lats at the bottom of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
