Instructions

  1. Position a barbell on your upper back, resting it across your traps. Stand with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Take a large step forward with one leg, lowering your body until both knees are bent at 90 degrees.
  3. Your front knee should be directly above your ankle, and your back knee should hover just above the floor.
  4. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
  5. Alternate legs or complete all reps on one side before switching.
