Instructions

  1. Set up a bench behind you and position a barbell on your upper back.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, just in front of the bench.
  3. Lower yourself by pushing your hips back until you lightly touch the bench with your glutes.
  4. Do not sit fully on the bench; use it as a depth gauge.
  5. Drive through your heels to stand back up and repeat.
