Instructions

  1. Position one end of a barbell in a corner or landmine attachment. Stand straddling the bar.
  2. Bend at the hips with a flat back and grip the bar with both hands using a V-grip handle or interlaced fingers.
  3. Pull the bar up toward your abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the bar back down in a controlled manner.
  5. Keep your core engaged and avoid rounding your back.
