Instructions

  1. Set an incline bench to about 30-45 degrees. Lie face down with your chest on the bench.
  2. Hold a barbell or dumbbells with arms hanging straight down.
  3. Pull the weight up toward your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the weight with control.
  5. This position eliminates momentum and isolates the back muscles.
