Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a barbell with an underhand grip.
  2. Bend at the hips until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor.
  3. Let the bar hang at arm's length below your shoulders.
  4. Pull the bar up toward your lower chest, squeezing your back.
  5. Lower with control and repeat.
