Instructions
- Attach an ankle cuff to a low pulley. Strap it to the ankle closest to the machine.
- Stand sideways to the machine, holding onto something for balance.
- Keeping your leg straight, pull your ankle across your body in front of your standing leg.
- Squeeze your inner thigh at the end of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Complete all reps on one side before switching legs.
