Instructions

  1. Position yourself on all fours or on a glute kickback machine.
  2. Keep your core engaged and back flat.
  3. Kick one leg back and up, squeezing your glute at the top of the movement.
  4. Keep your knee bent at 90 degrees or extend your leg straight, depending on the variation.
  5. Lower with control and complete all reps before switching legs.
