Instructions

  1. Position yourself in a hack squat machine with your back against the pad and shoulders under the supports.
  2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
  3. Release the safety handles and lower yourself by bending your knees.
  4. Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the platform.
  5. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
