Instructions

  1. Position yourself in a lying leg press machine with your back against the pad.
  2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform above you.
  3. Release the safety and lower the weight by bending your knees toward your chest.
  4. Lower until your knees are at about 90 degrees.
  5. Push through your heels to extend your legs back to start.
