Instructions

  1. Stand with a barbell on your upper back and your feet close together.
  2. Keep your chest up and core engaged.
  3. Lower yourself by pushing your hips back and bending your knees.
  4. Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
  5. Drive through your heels to stand back up.
