Instructions

  1. Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees. Lie back holding a barbell with a close grip.
  2. Start with the bar above your forehead, arms extended.
  3. Lower the bar toward the top of your head by bending your elbows.
  4. Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
  5. Extend your elbows to return to the starting position.
