Instructions

  1. Lie on a flat bench and grip the barbell with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Unrack the bar and hold it above your chest.
  3. Lower the bar to your lower chest, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  4. Press the bar back up to the starting position.
  5. The reverse grip emphasizes the triceps differently.
