Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Flatten your lower back against the floor by tilting your pelvis upward.
  3. From this position, lift your hips off the ground into a bridge position.
  4. Squeeze your glutes at the top and hold briefly.
  5. Lower back down with control, one vertebra at a time.
